1. The Government of Colombia wishes to confirm its affection and respect to our brothers, the people of Ecuador and Venezuela.

5. Revelation on agreements between FARC and the Governments of Ecuador and Venezuela shall be forwarded to the Organization of American States and to the United Nations Organization.

6. The computers and material seized from terrorist "Raul Reyes" shall be subject to international technical verification.
