Barranquilla, March 2nd (SP). Civil courage and discretion must be together in Colombia’s international policy, President Álvaro Uribe Vélez said on Tuesday from Barranquilla.
During a discussion group with students from the Corporación Universitaria del Caribe (CUC), the Head of State explained how both elements are not exclusive and he highlighted the importance of being discrete without loosing courage, when it comes to foreign relations.
