The Colombian Head of State will finish his tour, for seven South American countries this Thursday August 6, with a meeting with the President of Brazil, Luiz Inácio Lula Da Silva, at the Planalto Palace in Brasilia.
Montevideo, August 6 (SP). President Álvaro Uribe Vélez thanked his counterpart of Uruguay, Tabaré Vázquez, for the dialogue they held this Thursday at the Suárez y Reyes Presidential Residency, where the Government works, in Montevideo.
The Head of State, who is on a tour, since August 4, for seven countries of South America, greeted the people of Uruguay and the press of that country.
“Greetings to all. I want to thank for the dialogue scenario that we just had with President Tabaré Vásquez, with the Vice President, with the Minister of Foreign Affairs and, through you, dear journalists of Uruguay; we send greetings to the people of Uruguay. Now, we are going to begin an additional stage of this conversation with the Presidents of South America. Thank you all”.
