Cúcuta, March 3 (SP). The President of Colombia had a conversation this morning with the Minister of Defense, Juan Manuel Santos, who expressed that he did not mean to upset neighboring countries with his declarations.

The President has reiterated the request to be very careful with statements that involve international policies, which must be announced by the Foreign Relations Minister.

The National Government has the best interest in developing the constructive agenda defined with the President of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez.

Furthermore, the Government reiterates the will to keep and build good relations with the neighboring and brother countries.
