Bogotá, October 30 (SP). The governments of Colombia and the United States signed the “Complementary Agreement for cooperation and technical assistance in defense and security”.
The agreement is based on full respect for the equal sovereign principles, territorial integrity and non-intervention on internal affairs of other countries.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Jaime Bermúdez; the Minister of Defense, Gabriel Silva; the Minister of Interior and Justice, Fabio Valencia Cossio and the Ambassador of the United States for Colombia, William Brownfield, signed the agreement this Friday at the Palace of San Carlos. |
